- 1 c. finely shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 c. sweet red pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Combine in a bowl.

2Pour mixture over vegetables.

3Bring to boil; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Cover and store in refrigerator.

5Keeps about 2 to 3 weeks.

6Makes 2 1/2 cups.
