Ingredients

  • 2 c. chopped onions (2 large)
  • 2 c. chopped ripe tomatoes (3 medium), peeled and seeded
  • 2 c. chopped cucumber
  • 2 c. corn, cut from cob
  • 2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • 2 c. cider vinegar

Directions

    Mix chopped vegetables together in a large saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, uncovered.

    Put into containers; seal.
