- 10 c. fresh whole kernel corn
- 1 small head cabbage, shredded
- 6 medium onions, chopped
- 4 medium green peppers, chopped
- 2 medium sweet red peppers, chopped
- 1 qt. cider vinegar
- 4 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 2 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a large Dutch oven, combine corn, cabbage, onions and peppers.

2In a bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.

3Pour over vegetables.

4Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

5Ladle into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.

6Adjust caps.

7Process in a boiling-water bath for 10 minutes.

8Let stand for at least 1 week to blend flavors.

9Yields about 14 jars (12 ounces each).
