- 200 grams Bread flour
- 50 grams Cake flour
- 20 grams Sugar
- 5 grams Salt
- 15 grams Unsalted butter
- 50 ml Milk
- 110 ml Water
- 3 grams Dry yeast
- 100 grams Canned corn
- 60 grams Canned corn
- 1 Mayonnaise
Directions

1Put all of the ingredients for the bread other than the corn into a bread machine and set it to make the dough.

2Once the first rising is done, divide the dough into 2 portions.

3Cover it with a tightly wrung out damp towel and let them sit for 15 minutes.

4Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a 30cm by 15cm shape and sprinkle the corn on.

5From the bottom, roll the dough up.

6Divide the dough into six portions and put them into aluminum cups.

7Cover with a tightly wrung out damp towel, set your oven to the bread rising setting, and then let the dough rise a second time for 40 minutes.

8Top with corn and mayonnaise.

9Bake in an oven for 18 minutes at 190C (375F).
