  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
