- 20 large ears corn
- 6 sweet peppers
- 2 medium heads cabbage
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 onions
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1/4 c. canning salt
- 1 pt. mustard
Directions

1Shred cabbage, onions and peppers.

2Cut corn from cob and put all together in big pot.

3Add sugar, mustard, salt and vinegar. Stir altogether and bring to a boil.

4Boil for 20 minutes, stirring so as not to let it stick.

5Pack into jars and seal.
