- 18 large ears of corn (roasting ears)
- 6 large bell peppers (if small, use 10), cut up or ground up
- 6 large onions (if small, use about 10), cut up or ground up
- 2 small cabbages, shredded
- 1/2 gal. vinegar
- 2 pt. sugar (white)
- 3 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1/2 to 1 box (small) dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Cut the corn off the cob and scrape the cob.

2Mix all the ingredients except sugar and cook about 15 minutes in a pot, then add sugar and cook until tender.

3Put into sterilized jars and seal.
