- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 c. scalded milk
- 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. buttered cracker crumbs
Directions

1Melt butter; add flour and dry seasonings.

3Add scalded milk gradually and cook, stirring constantly, until thick.

6Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.

8Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until crumbs are brown.
