  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Martha White or comparable corn muffin mix

    Mix in sour cream.

    Mix in slightly beaten eggs.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown around edge. Good to take to potluck dinners!
