- 1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 pkg. Martha White or comparable corn muffin mix
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Remove from heat.

3Mix in sour cream.

4Mix in slightly beaten eggs.

5Add remaining ingredients.

6Pour in 13 x 9-inch pan.

7Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown around edge. Good to take to potluck dinners!
