  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, drained
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 to 4 grated carrots
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
