- 1 stick oleo
- 1 oz. sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1Scrub Idaho potatoes, one for each serving.

2Cut potatoes into quarters.

3Spread each potato with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash seasoning.
