- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can regular corn
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/4 lb. melted butter or margarine
- 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Put aside 1/4 cup of the Cheddar cheese for the top of the casserole.

2Mix all other ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish.

3Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.

4Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
