- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/3 cup of half & half
Directions

1Blend butter, sugar, flour and salt. Add eggs, beat well. Stir in corn, than half & half. Pour ingredients into buttered souffle dish and bake for 45 minutes at 325. Will be golden brown and puffed when done.
