  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (15 oz.) can corn (with liquid)
  • 1 c. (15 oz.) cream-style corn
  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix

    Beat eggs. Add sour cream and mix.
