  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 sticks soft butter
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.

    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 300° to 325° for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, until center is not liquidly.

    Serve warm.

    Test with knife in center; if it comes out dry, it has baked long enough.
