- 3/4 c. diced carrots
- 1 tsp. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. butter
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Add cheese, flour, sugar and other seasonings to corn.

2Mix well.

3Beat egg.

4Add to corn.

5Heat milk and add to mixture. Pour into baking dish.

6Cover with bread crumbs.

7Bake at 350° for about an hour or until firm.
