  • 1 large can yellow corn
  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • green chilies, ham and bacon (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and put in glass baking dish, 9 x 13-inch; bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Can be doubled.
