  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn meal mix
  • 1/2 stick melted margarine or butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • cracked black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
