  • 2 c. fresh corn or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, thawed
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • butter

Directions

    Mix together corn, flour, sugar, salt, pepper and milk.

    Add egg yolks to mixture.

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Fold into corn mixture.

    Pour into a 1-quart casserole and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
