- 2 c. fresh corn or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, thawed
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, separated
- butter
Directions

1Mix together corn, flour, sugar, salt, pepper and milk.

2Add egg yolks to mixture.

3Beat egg whites until stiff.

4Fold into corn mixture.

5Pour into a 1-quart casserole and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

6Yields 6 servings.
