- 1 pkg. frozen corn
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Cook frozen corn with a small amount of water, salt and butter.

2Stir flour into milk and add to corn.

3Add sugar, egg yolks and pepper.

4Beat egg whites stiff.

5Fold corn mixture into egg whites.

6Blend well.

7Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
