  • 1 c. whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

    Sprinkle grated cheese on top just before taking out of oven.
