- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. milk
- 2 (12 to 16 oz.) cans corn, drained (whole kernel)
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar and baking powder.

2Mix in eggs, margarine, milk and corn.

3Pour into well-greased 3-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch oblong pan.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, until top is golden, crusty brown and center is firm.

5Cool slightly and cut into squares in oblong pan.
