  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 (12 to 16 oz.) cans corn, drained (whole kernel)

Directions

    Combine flour, sugar and baking powder.

    Mix in eggs, margarine, milk and corn.

    Pour into well-greased 3-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch oblong pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, until top is golden, crusty brown and center is firm.

    Cool slightly and cut into squares in oblong pan.
