  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 (1 lb.) can creamed corn

    Melt margarine in 9 x 9-inch pan.

    Mix all ingredients in large bowl, then pour into pan.

    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350° or until set in middle.
