- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 stick (1/2 c.) margarine, melted
- 1 c. shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine eggs, muffin mix, cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream and butter.

2Blend well.

3Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish.

4Bake 1 hour at 350°.

5Put grated cheese on top and bake 5 more minutes.
