- 1 can creamed corn or use frozen corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 stick oleo or butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sour cream or yogurt
- 1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- salt to taste

1Butter a casserole dish.

3Add butter, eggs and sour cream.

4Mix in the Jiffy mix.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
