- 3 large onions, sliced
- 4 or 5 cans corn, drained
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- dash of pepper
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 small jar pimento, chopped (3 Tbsp.)
- 1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Layer sliced onions and corn in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole. Cover with foil and bake at 400°

2for 1 hour.

3Saute 1/2 to 1 cup chopped onion.

4Make a white sauce with butter, flour and milk. Add sauteed onion, pimento, salt, pepper and cheese until melted. Pour over corn.

5Bake in oven about 10 minutes until bubbly.
