- pimiento, diced (small jar)
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. frozen corn, whole kernel, thawed
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Directions

1Saute zucchini in oil in large skillet or wok 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.

2Add corn, garlic salt and Italian seasonings and saute 3 to 5 minutes until corn is tender-crisp.

3Add pimiento.
