  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • milk (enough to mix to medium consistency)

Directions

    Melt margarine in foil lined iron skillet.

    Pour in batter. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a 425° oven.
