- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk

- 2 Tbsp. oil or applesauce
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients and add remaining liquid ingredients and blend well.

2Bake in a greased 8 x 8-inch cake pan.
