  • 2 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • pinch of baking soda
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • milk (enough to make slightly soupy)
  • 1/4 c. Wesson oil

Directions

    Mix well and pour into greased baking dish and let set on counter for 15 minutes.

    Bake at 425° until done in middle, about 40 to 45 minutes.
