- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Sift flour with sugar.

3Add eggs, milk and oil.

4Beat by hand or mixer just until smooth.
