- 1 c. yellow corn meal
- 1 egg
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Sift flour and meal together.

3In a separate bowl, beat egg; add buttermilk and oil.

4Pour liquid ingredients into bowl with dry ingredients.

5Stir good.

6Grease pan with Pam or margarine.
