- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 34 cups buttermilk
- 4 tablespoons butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425F.

2Preheat cast iron skillet in hot oven for 10 minutes.

3Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.

5Put butter in hot skillet to melt, and dump most of it into the wet stuff.

6Stir dry ingredients into wet ones.

7Put batter into skillet and bake until golden, 20-25 minutes.
