- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. milk
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Butter a 9 x 15 x 2-inch pan.

3Blend all dry ingredients together with a whisk until thoroughly mixed. Slowly add the melted butter, milk and eggs.

4Mix until well blended.

5Pour into pan.

6Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until toothpick comes out dry.

7Check after 30 minutes.

8Let cool.

9Then remove from the pan.
