- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. milk
Directions

1Brown meat and drain.

2Add tomatoes and pinto beans and simmer.

3Mix cornbread mix with egg and milk.

4Pour meat mixture in baking dish, then pour cornbread mix on top.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
