  • 1 pound Hamburger
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Cut Green Beans
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 dash Salt And Pepper
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (8.5 Ounce Box)
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 13 cups Milk

Directions

    In large skillet, brown hamburger with minced onion and then drain.

    Add green beans, soup and salt and pepper.

    Stir together until well mixed and allow to simmer on low.

    Mix together the corn muffin mix in a separate bowl as directed on box (combining the egg and milk with the mix).

    Lightly spray an 8 x 8 inch casserole dish with Pam.

    Transfer hamburger mixture into casserole dish.

    Top with cornbread batter, spreading evenly.

    Cook in microwave, uncovered, on high heat for 10 minutes.

    Serve!
