- 1 pound Hamburger
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Cut Green Beans
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (8.5 Ounce Box)
- 1 whole Egg
- 13 cups Milk
Directions

1In large skillet, brown hamburger with minced onion and then drain.

2Add green beans, soup and salt and pepper.

3Stir together until well mixed and allow to simmer on low.

4Mix together the corn muffin mix in a separate bowl as directed on box (combining the egg and milk with the mix).

5Lightly spray an 8 x 8 inch casserole dish with Pam.

6Transfer hamburger mixture into casserole dish.

7Top with cornbread batter, spreading evenly.

8Cook in microwave, uncovered, on high heat for 10 minutes.

9Serve!
