Ingredients
- 3 pkg. yellow cornbread mix, mixed and cooked
- 8 slices toasted white bread
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 4 eggs
- poultry seasoning to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 c. seasoned chicken broth
Directions

1Make cornbread according to package directions.

2Let cool (overnight if possible).

3Crumble cornbread and toast into large mixing bowl.

4Add onion, celery and poultry seasoning.

5Mix well. Add hot broth until mixture is a very mushy consistency.

6Stir in eggs, salt and pepper.

7Transfer to a large roasting pan and cook at 350° until firm and browned on top.

8Serves a large group.
