  • 1 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1 to 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 small pan crumbled cornbread
  • 6 boiled eggs, crumbled with hands
  • sage to taste
  • 1/2 stack saltine crackers, crumbled
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Put celery and onions in a small pan and cover with water; bring to boil.

    Let simmer for 10 minutes.

    Set aside while you prepare other ingredients, then add those to celery and onions.
