Ingredients
- 1 medium pan cornbread
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. green pepper
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 to 3 c. chicken broth or turkey broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) or cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- sage to taste
Directions

1Crumble cornbread.

2Saute celery, onions and pepper.

3Add broth to crumbled bread.

4Add undiluted soup; mix in.

5Saute onion.

6Mix all ingredients.

7Season with sage, ground sage, salt and pepper; mix well.

8Do not make stiff.

9Use enough broth to give enough moisture to cook.

10Add beaten egg to dressing.

11Bake in oven at 325° until dressing is done.

12Stir while baking.
