  • 4 sm. slices white bread, crumbled
  • 1 sm. onion, diced
  • 3 c. broth from chicken or turkey
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped; optional
  • 6 boiled eggs, sliced; optional
  • 1/2 c. sweet milk
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, with mayonnaise and milk last. (If you would like-cook the diced onion and celery in the cornbread.)
