  • 1 Jiffy box cornbread, prepared
  • 3 slices toasted bread
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 raw eggs
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • salt to taste
  • 1 stick butter
  • chicken broth

Directions

    Saute onions and celery in butter until transparent.

    Mix all ingredients together and add enough broth to make soft mixture. Bake at 400° about 1 hour.

    Stir occasionally.
