- 4 c. crumbled cornbread
- 2 c. crumbled toast crumbs
- 4 1/2 c. chicken, pork or turkey stock
- 3 boiled eggs
- 1 c. grated celery
- 1/2 c. grated onion
- 1/2 c. grated bell pepper
Directions

1Mix cornbread with bread crumbs and add boiling stock.

2Cover and set for 5 to 10 minutes.

3Add chopped boiled eggs, celery, onion and bell pepper.

4Bake in a well-greased pan at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.

5Since stock and bread are already seasoned, add salt and pepper only if desired.

6Makes 8 cups.
