- 2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix (bake by directions on box)
- 6 to 8 slices of bread, crumbled
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 6 to 8 eggs
- Sage, salt, and pepper to taste
- 5 c. chicken broth with 1 stick of melted butter added to broth
Directions

1Crumble cornbread in large bowl. Crumble slices of bread in a food processor and add to cornbread. Add chopped onion and egg and stir well. Start adding chicken broth a cup at a time until it is the consistency you like.

2Salt and pepper to taste. Stir in sage a little at a time stirring well. Pour in a greased 9 x 13 or bigger dish. Bake for 30 - 45 minutes until slightly brown on top.
