  • 1 qt. chicken broth
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8-inch) pone cornbread, cooked
  • 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix with herb seasoning

Directions

    Cook fatty portions of chicken to make broth or use canned broth.

    Cook onions and celery in butter until tender.

    Crumble cornbread in a large mixing bowl.

    Add stuffing mix.

    Add all liquids and mix well.
