  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 15 oz. can creamed corn
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Combine oil, cornmeal, eggs, corn and sour cream; pour into greased 11 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake 15 minutes at 425°, then lower temperature to 375° and cook 30 minutes more. Serves 12.
