- 3 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 15 oz. can creamed corn
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Combine oil, cornmeal, eggs, corn and sour cream; pour into greased 11 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake 15 minutes at 425°, then lower temperature to 375° and cook 30 minutes more. Serves 12.
