  • 2 (8 1/2 ounce) boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 13 cup creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed (optional)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

    Blend all ingredients until all dry ingredients are blended with liquid.

    Don't over stir.

    Pour into a nine by thirteen baking dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees for approximately forty five minutes.

    After baking, let cool for five minutes and then cut into squares the size of your choice.
