- 2 ounces flour
- 4 ounces sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 8 ounces milk
- 4 ounces eggs, 2 large
- 4 ounces butter, soft
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Combine dry ingredients.

3Be sure to push baking powder through a strainer if it is pebbly.

4Separately, combine milk, eggs and butter and whisk until well combined.

5Add wet to dry and whisk to combine.

6Pour into pan(s) (if nonstick, coat with veggie oil).

7Bake for 30-50 minutes depending on the size of your pan(s).

8Toothpick or paring knife will come out clean when done.
