  • 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
  • 1 large can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 c. diced tomato
  • 1 c. diced green onion
  • 1 can Mexican whole corn, drained
  • 2 small pkg. Ranch dressing
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

    Cook cornbread.

    Cool and crumble in bottom of large glass bowl.

    Place drained beans on top of bread.

    Next, layer the following ingredients:

    diced green peppers, tomato, green onion and Mexican whole kernel corn.

    Combine together Ranch dressing, sour cream and mayonnaise.

    Spread on top.

    Toss just before serving.
