- 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
- 1 large can pinto beans, drained
- 1 c. diced green pepper
- 1 c. diced tomato
- 1 c. diced green onion
- 1 can Mexican whole corn, drained
- 2 small pkg. Ranch dressing
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Cook cornbread.

2Cool and crumble in bottom of large glass bowl.

3Place drained beans on top of bread.

4Next, layer the following ingredients:

5diced green peppers, tomato, green onion and Mexican whole kernel corn.

6Combine together Ranch dressing, sour cream and mayonnaise.
