  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix, cooked according to box directions
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. Mexican cornbread mix, cooked by box directions
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Style original salad dressing mix
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 8 green onions, chopped
  • 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped ham (optional)

Directions

    Mix cornbread mix, Mexican cornbread mix, egg and milk together and pour into a 12 muffin pan.

    Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Crumble into a large bowl.
