- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. Mexican cornbread mix, cooked by box directions
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Style original salad dressing mix
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 8 green onions, chopped
- 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 c. chopped ham (optional)
Directions

1Mix cornbread mix, Mexican cornbread mix, egg and milk together and pour into a 12 muffin pan.

2Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Crumble into a large bowl.
