- 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 ripe tomato, diced
- 6 green onions, chopped (stems and all)
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Bake cornbread according to directions on package.

2Cool and crumble into chunks.

3Place cornbread in bowl and add remaining ingredients.

4Mix well.
